• What is your opening hours?

  We are open every day from 10 am to 8 pm, on Friday we're open at 1.30 pm

• Do I have to reserve?

  We recommend you to book so we can prepare your request beforehand and the studio will be tailored to your preferences. Nevertheless, you can come straight to our studio and see if we're not occupied at that moment, but if we do then you have to reserve and come again in another time.

• How do I reschedule or cancel my reservation?

  We accept reschedule with maximal time frame of 1 hour before reserved time. Kindly inform us as soon as possible via whatsapp number that you can see on the left side of this page if you want reschedule or cancel your reservation.

• What if I come late?

  If you are late more than 10 minutes then you have to reschedule to another time. Please try your best to arrive on time, as we are often reserved back to back.

• What will I get from a session?

  For a session you will have 30 minutes, which will be allocated into photoshoot session in the first 20 minutes and then the last 10 minutes will be used for you to choose your printed photos.

• How many pictures can I get?

  You will receive all the photo files you take at the shoot session and some printed photos based on choosen package. - On self photo session (either basic or group), you can take 1 photo, you can take 100 or more as long as it's within the 20 minutes timeframe You decide to shoot fast or slow and thoughtfully as you feel comfortable. - On photo session with photografer, you could only take several photos based on choosen package.

• What facilities are available?

  We offers diverse array of equipment to meet your needs. Specifically, costumes, lightings, backdrops, and props. In addition of our state of the art equipments, we provide comfy waiting room, changing room and toilets for your convenience.
